Notifications from the International Center to MEXT Scholars are sent via email. From the time of your application for admission to shortly after enrollment, the International Center will contact you from the International Center, Admissions Team email address (cger-bkc@st.ritsumei.ac.jp). Emails will be sent to the private email address you indicated at the time of application. After your enrollment, emails will be sent to you from the International Center, MEXT Scholars Team email (r-kokuhi@st.ritsumei.ac.jp). Emails will be sent to your university email address (xx999999@ed.ritsumei.ac.jp).
Either check your university email account daily or set your university email account to automatically forward all messages to your preferred personal email address and check that account daily.
