We hereby announce that emergency financial assistance (repayment not required) will be made available to privately financed international students whose families experience a sudden and dramatic financial downturn due to the death or loss of work of the family’s primary earner, or other sudden financial distress such as suffering damages from natural disaster, which immediately threaten to impede the student’s ability to continue studying.
As this program is supported by the Parents’ Association of Ritsumeikan University, only undergraduate students who are members of the Association shall be eligible.

the university cannot accommodate for any mistakes made by, or oversight of, the applicant.
