How to Check Your Tuition and Fees Amount
Your payment status can be checked on Campus Web and Ritsumeikan University Tuition Payment Site.
For students applying for tuition reduction for the 2026 Fall Semester:
If you use Direct Debit (Automatic Bank Withdrawal) for tuition payment, the full tuition amount before any reduction is applied will be withdrawn for the 2026 Fall Semester, regardless of the outcome of your tuition reduction application.
If you wish to pay the reduced amount after reduction has been applied, please do not use Direct Debit. Instead, make your payment using another payment method after the result of your tuition reduction application has been finalized.
For students whose tuition reduction/exemption for the 2026 Fall Semester has already been approved as of the 2026 Spring Semester:
If you use Direct Debit (Automatic Bank Withdrawal) for tuition payment, the tuition amount after the approved reduction has been applied will be withdrawn for the 2026 Fall Semester.
