• The online support desk has a useful feature called “My activities”.
• The “My activities” page displays all messages exchanged between you and the International Center, including the past ones.
• You can access the “My activities” page from “Sign in” on the top right corner of the Online Support Desk. To sign in, you need a RAINBOW ID and a password you will receive after enrollment.
