Reporting change of your host organization

You are required to report the change of your host organization to the Immigration Bureau when you enter/leave Ritsumeikan University. 

🌸New Students those who already have a status of residence in Japan

When you enter Ritsumeikan University from another school or organization in Japan, you are required to report the change of your host organization to the Immigration Bureau within 14 days after the change. 

👩‍🎓Students who remain in Japan after graduation/completion from Ritsumeikan University 

If you are remaining in Japan, you are required to report your departure from Ritsumeikan to the Immigration Bureau within 14 days after the change. 

• Failure to report may result in disadvantages when applying for residency.
