The application guidelines for Student Exchange Program 2024 Spring Departure <2nd Round> are now available on the following.

If you are considering applying, please prepare well in advance of time. We look forward to receiving applications from many of you.

The URL to participate in the online information session (Only in Japanese, Tuesday, September 5, 12:20-12:50) listed on page 8 in the Application Guideline (Program Edition) is below. On that day, we will explain how to fill out specific documents to be submitted, etc. We are looking forward to seeing all interested applicants to attend.

Designated Form	Designated Form Study Plan ← Please download and use it in your PC by right-clicking. Application Report ← Please download and use it in your PC by right-clicking. Notes on Preparation Please check university information that is required for Study Plan (e.g. Country, University Code, Institution Name) in the 2024 Spring Application Requirements ＜2nd round＞. Application Report must be submitted according to the number of your 'Selected Language of Study' (For more details, please take a look at [Program Edition] Application Guidelines>5. SCREENING, HOW TO APPLY >(4)). Designated Forms of Study Plan and Application Report are PDF format. Please make sure to create the file by following the instruction below. Download the 'Designated Form' below onto your PC (save it on the Desktop etc.). Open the file with PDF editing software and fill in the requirements. Use Adobe Acrobat Reader(Free) as a PDF editing software. If you cannot input languages other than Japanese/English (e.g. Chinese/Korean/Italian/German/Spanish/French) properly, install the font packs provided by Adobe for free.
