In order to further support international studentsʼ studies in Japan, Ritsumeikan University has assisted financially with fees associated with the 14-day quarantine required after entering Japan, through donations from faculty and staff between November 2020 to March 2021.
In anticipation of immigration restrictions to enter Japan being loosened, in continuation from 2020, Ritsumeikan University has established a Japan entry support system this year to assist students in coming to Japan for their first time to attend in-person classes and participate in research activity. Ritsumeikan University will assist financially with fees associated with the 14-day quarantine required after entering Japan. Application guideline and other details were posted on Manaba+R on 20 July.
Students planning to enter the university in September 2021 should confirm the details of the application guidelines within item (10) of the 【Before Departure】section in our Japan Entry Procedure System (AMARYS).
